Acute Rescue is a critical care ambulance service located in Boise, who staffs ambulance at a higher certification level (i.e. critical care level Paramedics), and is able to provide a higher level of care for more severe emergencies. If Acute Rescue transports a patient, the patient’s insurance is billed for the service, per Medicare guidelines.
